Terms of Service for SeniorLexHub
Effective Year 2025. These terms govern the use of services, information products, and goods provided by SeniorLexHub.
1. Scope of Terms
These terms apply to all interactions between clients and SeniorLexHub, covering legal assistance for seniors, digital resources, and physical items available on our site.
2. Services
SeniorLexHub offers expert advice and representation in areas such as elder rights, estate planning, and dispute resolution. Sessions may be conducted virtually or on-site, as agreed upon booking.
3. Information Products
We provide downloadable guides, templates, and webinars designed to help seniors and their caregivers navigate legal matters with confidence.
4. Physical Goods
SeniorLexHub publishes printed manuals and reference materials. Orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Geneva.
5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
SeniorLexHub is committed to transparency and fairness in the process of refunding and rescheduling. Below are the conditions for each offering type.
5.1. Legal Support Services
Clients may request a refund of service fees no later than 48 hours before the scheduled session. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days via the original payment channel. Alternatively, clients may opt to reschedule once at no additional fee by providing at least 24 hours notice. Requests made less than 48 hours before a session will not be accepted unless otherwise required by law.
5.2. Information Products
Digital guides and resources may be returned up to 7 days after download. To initiate a refund, clients must submit a request through our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days. Once accessed beyond a preview, these products are considered delivered; no refund is possible.
5.3. Physical Goods
For printed materials, returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Clients are responsible for return shipping. Once the return is received and inspected, fees will be reimbursed within 21 days. Items damaged or not in original condition will not qualify for a refund.
6. Non-Refundable Services
On-site consultations and court representation services require preparatory work and allocation of resources prior to engagement. Therefore, fees for these services are non-refundable. This policy ensures availability of specialized staff and preserves quality of service. Clients are encouraged to confirm availability before booking or opt for virtual sessions which follow the above refund terms.
